Shocking customer service. I received no confirmation email of my order after I'd paid by PayPal, then FIVE emailed queries in the course of the next week as to when my order would be delivered were simply ignored. Appallingly rude and unhelpful. I shall not be shopping again.
DO NOT BUY FROM DOODLETOGS! I ordered on the 30th November 2018, didn’t receive a confirmation email or anything so I had to email and make sure my order went through, I then receive a text on the 3rd December 2018 to say my delivery will come on the 5th December 2018 and they will text me an hour before. The day comes and no messages, I made my mum wait in for the package but nothing comes. I email, hear nothing back. I ring 5 times and NOTHING and then between the 5th and 12th December I must send roughly 7/8 emailed and call a number of times NO REPLY. Then out of the blue AFTER I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE ON THE 12th December PLUS THEM SENDING IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!! ACTUALLY SENDING THE ADDRESS TO A SCHOOL!?! I receive an email to say they send 2000 packages out a day and sorry I’m frustrated I DONT CARE ABOUT 2000 packages a day AND I AM FAR PAST FRUSTRATED. SORT IT OUT.
I'm not sure how this company is still in business. Customer service is non existent. I have placed order, I did not receive purchase notification email (order is on the dashboard), I never get dispatch notifications and now it's over a week and there's no reply from customer service in regards to the order. I had a very stressful time this time last year with Doodletogs. Items were never delivered to customers, I was told they were shipped, the persona that was talking to me over email kept on saying they were in hospital, then their granny died. What sort of customer service is this? One customer really asked for an item, I have made a mistake of ordering again.
