If I could give minus points I would. I ordered a T-Shirt and Personalised Water bottle 2 weeks ago. I rang them to upgrade to express delivery. They took the extra payment but instead of receiving my order more quickly, it's now 2 weeks and I still haven't got it. It was a leaving present. The guy has now left.
I chased it on the phone to be told I would be getting a replacement on Friday.. still received nothing. Don't bother ordering with Doodle Togs. I wish I had seen the poor reviews on Google before ordering. They are true.

Ordered about a week ago and still haven’t received a shipping email. Told it was gonna be shipped on a certain day and I still didn’t receive an email so instead of them contacting me letting me know it wasn’t going to be shipped on that day, I had to get hold of them. They then said it would be shipped the day after. Still no email. I also ordered a whole back with them. I ordered some towels and it had been days gone by where I didn’t receive my order. Contacted Becky and she said “we have stopped making the towels” even though they were in stock on the website and STILL in stock on the website! All I’m gonna say is be careful! Products are good but their customer service is appalling

Good quality product, T shirts nice quality for a sports team, printing good quality not simple iron stickers but plus point it the level of customer service from Becky - one of our t-shirts had a special extra coach logo on it that was initially not printed. This was rectified in a four day turn around from me sending the T shirt back on Tuesday by 1st class post to it arriving back on my doorstep this morning Friday BUT by far the thing that made the difference was that Becky kept in contact at all times up dating me by email. Things go wrong we are all human, mistakes are made but polite good customer service is free but makes a huge difference - thank you
