What content is acceptable? We want everyone to express their imagination and go wild with their designs but to ensure doodletogs is enjoyed by every one of all ages, the following content is NOT accepted:
- Text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights - Text or images of an obscene nature, pornography or nudity - Content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation or disability - Text that glorifies drug use/abuse - Content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening or otherwise harmful - Content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate the law
As all orders are printed as part of an automated process we cannot oversee everything but we please ask you to abide by these rules.
Image Restrictions & Copyright
In order to use a design (photograph, brand logo etc.) you must have the full rights to the design. If you are not sure, please confirm ownership or ask the rightful owner for usage rights before uploading a design.
By saving a design on the doodletogs server, you are confirming: (a) I hold the specific right to commercially reproduce this design. (b) If, for any reason, the legal holder of this copyright contacts doodletogs, I understand that he/she will be referred directly to me. (c) I understand that illegal usage of a third party's protected design is a serious offence and can result in heavy penalties and legal prosecution.
How long is delivery? All orders are hand made within 5 working days and then delivered within 2 days from despatch. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days please contact us so we can find out what happened.
How do I pay? We accept all major credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Switch/Maestro and Solo. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal.
How do I use my Promotional Code? Discount and promotional codes can be entered in the shopping basket by entering your code into the discount/promo box and updating your cart to apply the discount.
Can I amend my order once completed? If for any reason your order is incorrect or you wish to change something please notify us within 1 day of placing the order. After this time we cannot guarantee it can be changed due to orders being print almost immediately
Refunds/Returns As all items are personalised and printed on demand we do not offer any refunds however if you have any queries or problems then do give us a call/email and we shall try our best to help you out! We also do not accept responsibility for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photo prints.
Where is my order? If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:
- Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
- Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from the postal service. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office/delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
- Checking with your neighbours to see if they've accepted the parcel on your behalf.
- Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel.
If you still can't find your parcel, please email us or use the contact us form and quote your order number. We'll reply within a few hours and do our best to locate your parcel straight away.
What's your returns policy?
We want all customers to be happy so we offer a no-fuss returns policy. All items can be returned within 5days should there be any problems or in-corrections with your order. Group orders (over 3items) that have been personalised cannot be returned unfortunately as these cannot be resold. If there are in corrections with your order we will resend new items out.
Returning an item? Please confirm with us before sending your item so we know its due to be delivered. All returns should be sent via a signed service to guarantee delivery. Parcels should also be clearly labelled with your name and contact details (name, email & contact number)
Have you received my returned item(s)? As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.
